We have more than 15 years in export to different countries. We can handle delivery the cargo to your closest port or delivery to your warehouse directly. |
2. How can I know how my order is being done? |
Here is our order process:30% deposit payment --- start production --- Take photos for you to confirm --- check the logistic --- book shipment --- inform customer ETD&ETA --- load container --- balance payment --- send documents. |
3. Can I visit your factory? |
Sure, we have our factory in Foshan, China. If you want to have a visit to our factory, please contact us to make an appointment. We can arrange driver to pick you around. |
4. How can I make sure my products’ quality if I have no time to check the goods by myself? |
We have professional merchandiser who will take charge with your goods after you make an order. They can provide you with the whole process of inspection through the pictures, video, etc. If you need this service, just feel free to tell us. |
5. What is your minimum order quantity? |
We have the detail MOQ for each item. But we also accept the sample and LCL order. If the quantity of single item can’t reach the MOQ, product price will be doubled. |
6. How long will my goods be warranty? |
We have 3 years warranty under the right use. The banquet chair frame we have 5 years warranty, we will prepare some oil painting in the container before loading. If your chair scratches in future, you can repair it. |

Policy Information
1. Strictly abide by the 《Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China》 that has been implemented since December 1st, 2020;

1. Estimated delivery time. For your convenience, XYM Furniture will ship the goods according to the estimated delivery date agreed on the order. After the order is shipped, if you want to follow up on the latest information of the order delivery, you can contact the customer service staff for inquiries. In case of shortage of production materials, the delivery date will depend on the situation. The estimated delivery date is only an estimate, and the actual date shall prevail.
2. Delivery method. XYM Furniture will select excellent logistics service providers (by sea, by air, by express, by rail transportation, etc.) for you in different regions, and all ordered goods will be delivered to your port ( or your home) through the fastest and safest delivery method.
3. Packaging method. XYM Furniture will adapt different inner and outer packaging according to the attributes of different products. The packaging of each product is scientific and firm to ensure that the product is not damaged during the long transportation process.
4. XYM Furniture respects the culture of different countries and will also abide by the laws and policies of different countries and regions. The goods imported by XYM Furniture and the various procedures and documents strictly comply with the different regulations of the ports of various countries on the import of goods.
Return Policy
"XYM Furniture Return or Refund Policy"
If you have quality problems with the goods purchased through the XYM Furniture website, you can apply for a return, exchange or refund within 20 days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods. You can contact customer service to handle returns or refunds at any time.
Explanation of return or refund principle:
1. All the products sold by XYM Furniture are taken in kind. According to the different pixels and contrast of each display, there is a slight visual difference between the color of the online product and the actual product, which is normal color difference, not a product quality problem.
2. When the buyer receives the goods, please carefully check and accept the received goods according to the order, and sign for acceptance after checking.
3. Before applying for a return or refund, please contact XYM Furniture customer service center to learn about the specific return or refund rules; if the product is returned to XYM Furniture, you must use safe outer packaging and correct packaging methods. Ensure that the product is not damaged.
4. If the specified time limit for the return and exchange of goods is exceeded (within 20 days after the goods are delivered), the buyer can negotiate with the XYM Furniture customer service center according to the objective situation. In principle, no return, exchange and refund services will be provided if the specified time limit is exceeded.
5. For users who do not comply with the above return or refund regulations of XYM Furniture and refuse to accept the goods without reason, XYM Furniture will no longer provide services to you, thank you for your understand.
6. In case of statutory holidays, bank refunds may be postponed due to the different policies of each bank. XYM Furniture is sorry for this but will not be responsible.
7. All groups and individuals who purchase on this site are deemed to have accepted and agreed to perform all the terms of this principle, and XYM Furniture reserves the final right of interpretation.
* No return, exchange or refund will be processed in the following situations:
1. Any product not sold by XYM Furniture;
2. Any product that has problems due to abnormal use and storage (collision, liquid intake, self-disassembly, maintenance, abuse or incorrect installation, tearing or alteration of labels, etc.);
3. The goods and accessories are incomplete or damaged, or the actual use makes it impossible to sell again;
4. Due to changes in the customer's preferences for the product, it is not within the scope of return and exchange.
